An excellent entry level, high performing, static dissipative, thin-mil system for electronic assembly Water-based, 2-part epoxy-acrylate finish designed for industrial areas such as shipping and receiving areas, warehouses, high-traffic aisles, and production floors. It is a great alternative to our interlocking and glue-down flooring and is a perfect solution for your other open area environments where downtime is not critical and the subfloor is in good enough of a condition to accept a finish.Resinous ESD Flooring for Static-Sensitive Workspaces
EpoxyStyle ESD™ is a resinous ESD flooring solution for facilities that need reliable static control in a seamless, durable coating system. This water-based, two-part epoxy-acrylate finish creates a static-dissipative surface designed to help protect sensitive electronics, components, and equipment in assembly, testing, storage, shipping, receiving, warehouse, and production environments.
As a thin-mil resinous floor coating, EpoxyStyle ESD is an economical choice for concrete or existing VCT substrates that are in suitable condition, delivering low odor, strong adhesion, chemical and abrasion resistance, and a uniform matte appearance with limited operational downtime. Its specified performance includes resistance below 1 megohm and less than 25 volts of generation, making it a practical entry-level resinous ESD floor system where dependable electrostatic control is required.
Easy to Apply
Using standard rollers, it is applied in 2 coats (minimum) and can be used for light traffic within 12 hours of application. Coverage is 400 to 600 square feet per gallon. EpoxyStyle ESD provides a uniform, matte finish. The final gloss can be enhanced by finishing with our DuraGuard ESD™ finish.
